<Job Responsibilities>
1. Communicate/Negotiate with Landowners for business development.
2. Work with Government Departments on Paper works.
3. Research on Real Estate Rule/Regulation/Law and anaylsis.
4. Create Master Plan for Project Development.
5. Create Financial Plan for Project Development.
6. Other related tasks about Town Development.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 28 - 35
・Gender: Any
・Education background: Bachelor's degree.
・Language: English - Business Level (Japanese Speaking is a plus)
・Experienced in Real Estate Planning & Development
・Strong in management skills.
