<Job description>
- Manage the overall work of HR - GA - HRBP Department for 4 factories
- Advise on new policies and laws for the Board of Director to develop the company
- Handle other strategic tasks for the company
- Detailed jobs will be discussed in the interview

<Necessary Skills/ Experience>
・Language: English or Japanese - Business Level
・Experience: Having around 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field, including 5 years at management level
・Strong knowledge of the labor law
・Strong management experience in HR-GA-HRBP

<Preferred Skill/ Experience>
- Have experience in IATF correspondence
- Working experience in Japanese manufacturing companies
