Responsibility

1. Licensing paper support, Kids concept, market survey
2. New Project Control Master Schedule, Contract
3. Translation work
4. Cordinate + Support internal schedule
5. Make FS, presentation

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree and above
・Gender: Any 
・Age: 25 - 35 years old.
・Language: English at Business level 
・Experience:  at least 3 years of experience in business developing real estate projects
・Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint)

<Preferred Skills/ Personalities>
・Experience in Real Estate is a plus 
・Can work with and analyze numbers
・Understands about Legal, Accounting, Tax

<Personality>
・Communication skills, negotiation skills
・Able to accurately complete tasks within deadlines
・Serious and trustworthy
・Open-minded, interested in real estate development
