Responsibility
1. Design and construction
- Record requests from the investor, based on drilling survey data within the indicated land area and geological data, complying with Vietnamese regulations to draw up structural drawings and calculate the structure of foundation and pile drawings.
- Structural drawings can be completed within 1 week.
- Most design projects have a total floor area of ​​about 10,000 ~ 20,000 m2.
- Can adjust drawings together with architectural designers and mechanical and electrical designers.
- Organize a meeting to discuss with the investor, record and understand the requirements, and from there draw the construction structure plan in the indicated land area.
- Understand the steel structure contractor's drawings and adjust them with the structural drawings.
- Understand the structural calculation table calculated by the steel structure contractor and check that content.

List of drawings, pile structure drawings, foundation beam structural floor plan, 1st-floor structural drawing, 1st-floor column structural drawing, 2nd-floor beam structural drawing, 2nd-floor column structural drawing, 2nd-floor beam detailed drawing, Detailed drawings of column structures, floor plans of steel structures - purlins - roof, detailed drawings of steel structures, detailed drawings of staircase structures, cross-sectional drawings, frame cross-sectional drawings (east, west, south, north), pile structure spreadsheet, structural spreadsheet.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28 - 45 years old
・Language: English Business level
・Experience: 
- Have experience as a structural designer for factory projects for at least 5 projects or for more than 5 years.  
- Have a deep understanding of Vietnamese construction standards (QCVN).
- Understand the structural calculation table calculated by the steel structure contractor
