- Work Location: District 1, HCMC

- Monthly Salary: 15M ~ 25M VND

<Job Responsibilities>
- Check and prepare all Contracts, Documents, Regulations, Procedures, and Documents of the Company to ensure no errors and compliance with the Law and State regulations.
- Direct and control the drafting of Contracts, Documents, Documents, and legal documents of the company.
- Arrange problem points and propose countermeasures, direct the implementation of legal procedures during the Company's production and business activities.
- Advise the Board of Directors and departments on legal issues during production and business activities.
- Support and advise employees on legal issues when directed by superiors.
- Organize updates and instructions for departments and units on newly issued legal documents related to the operations of departments and divisions.
- Represent the Board of Directors to resolve disputes, and lawsuits and work with competent state agencies (if any).
- Participate in solving other tasks requested by superiors.

<Requirements>
- Education: University Degree - major in Commercial or Economics Law
- Language: English - Business Level.
- Experience: More than 03 years of working experience as Legal staff of a company or legal firm in Vietnam.
- Good English communication; familiar well with Computer skills in: MS Office / Internet.
