<Job Responsibilities>
Import/export and customs clearance for EPE company
- Managing procedures for the import of materials and products
- Booking export shipments and managing shipping schedules
- Preparing and preparation of export documents
- Preparing and management of related documentation
- Communicating with customers and logistics providers mainly via email
- Inquiries and confirmations from customs authorities
Average Overtime : around 10hour /Month

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: 5 years or more working experience
・Others: 
  - Good knowledge of EPE company
  - Knowledge and experience in identifying HS codes, customs codes, and purpose codes for import/export applications is required.
-  Can handle inquiries and confirmations from customs authorities
- Frequency of overtime: About 10 hours/month

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
