<Job Responsibilities>
• Manage and report financial information for the Singapore Office. Prepare and examine the financial records and ensure financial information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintain and balance overseas office accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain the general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing trial balance, and reconciling entries.
• Summarize financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents.
• Manage the payroll processing for overseas offices.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and various account analyses.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly schedule, quarterly audit schedule, and budget preparation.
• Assist in the preparation of fixed assets updates and new additions.
• Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Assist in implementing internal controls, policies, and procedures.
