<Job Responsibilities>
・Provide product knowledge to customers and handle all customers' inquiries.
・Consolidate customers' requirements and report to the Sales Manager.
・Assist for pre-and post-sales activities to ensure customers' satisfaction.
・Ability to use basic technical knowledge to communicate with customers, distributors, and internal departments.
・Provide accurate sales quotes to customers.
・Conduct product presentation to prospective customers.
・Liaise with various internal departments: HQ or regional offices on customers and distributors-related issues.
・Prepare Daily reports in SalesForce, Project/Case/Issue progress reports, monthly Sales/Order reports, reports on the achievement of targets, and any other job-related reports when required.
・Perform market research to understand key customers’ business growth, market trends, and market situation.
・Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the Sales Manager.
** Have 3 weeks-1 months of training in the Hanoi office with the sales manager. (product knowledge, sales activities basics)
Initial activities (approximately 3 months)
- Initial response to customer inquiries by phone, email, or on-site. (Remote support from Hanoi)
- Confirm potential demand from customers who inquired at exhibitions or via the web (including customer visits)
- Customer survey in the southern area - Pick up potential customers from online information and industrial park maps, contact them, and confirm demand.
