Position: Governance cum GA staff- Manufacturing

- Working location: Yen My District, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam

- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～27,500,000VND

Responsibility

・New formulation, operation and improvement of internal regulations, procedures, reports, etc. to comply with Vietnamese laws and the Group's internal control standards
・Creation and implementation of compliance training materials
・Planning and execution of internal audits
・Tasks assigned to superiors

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor and above (majoring in economics, finance, accounting, business administration, or auditing) 
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-40 years old
・Language: English conversational level
・Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in risk management, internal control, regulation creation, or in an management department of a manufacturing company.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have Japanese skills (JLPT N3)
- Experience in a Japanese company

<Preferable Personality>
Detail oriented, logical thinking, open to challenges, high spirit to resolve matters, aiming for management and governance position.
