I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Utilise AutoCAD 3D + Ray to create detailed 3D models and renderings of furniture in interior spaces.
• Apply realistic textures, lighting, and materials to create photorealistic renderings.
• Create 3D walkthroughs or animations to enhance client presentations and showcase furniture placement.
• Use Adobe Photoshop to create photorealistic images and visualisations of design concepts.
• Maintain accurate records of project-related documents, such as drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Maintain a library of 3D furniture models from our inventory for seamless integration into visualizations.
• Collaborate with Product Designers to understand design concepts and specifications.
• Work with Art Manager to maintain project schedules and deadlines.
• Attend project meetings with the design team and other stakeholders to review progress and provide input.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members on drafting and design issues.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines and deadlines.
• Continuously develop your technical skills to remain up-to-date with the latest drafting software and techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering for interior design projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create high-quality and realistic 3D visualizations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Strong knowledge and experience using 3D Max + Vray, Corona, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
• Familiarity with other design software, such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max, is a plus.
• Understanding of interior design principles, furniture placement, and lighting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with designers and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually engaging content.
• Ability to take constructive criticism from multiple sources and incorporate all feedback into final product
• A growth mindset: track record of leveraging past learnings, encouraging new ideas and smart risk taking in self and others
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build cross functional partnerships to make effective decisions collaboratively
