Position: Business Development Executive - Real Estate

- Working location: CAU GIAY DIST., HA NOI

- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～28,000,000VND

Responsibility

- Translate documents (English - Vietnamese).
- Support the overall project.
- Supporting activities relating to real estate, shopping mall
- In charge of legal matters relating to development projects.
Detailed job tasks shall be discussed during the interview.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree and above 
・Age: 23 -30 years old
・Gender: Any 
・Language: English at business level
・Experience: Have 2 years of working experience in law firm / legal department
- Have knowledge of general legal/corporation law , handle contracts.
- Can use MS Office
- Good communication skill and negotiation skill

<Personality>
- Can finish assigned tasks correctly within deadline
- Serious and reliable person
- Open-minded, and interested in real estate development.

<Preferable>
・Graduates from Legal, Economics, Finance, Language departments.
・ Can speak Japanese
