Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute business plans according to assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, manage customer information.
• Seek and develop new customers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Category Managers to implement marketing activities, presentations, and product demonstrations in assigned markets.
• Organize weekly meetings with team members, supervise, and support team members to ensure that assigned targets are met.
• Coordinate and monitor the progress of payments and debt collection.
• Report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to the direct supervisor.
• Collect, analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor information, and report to superiors.
• Participate in training courses organized by the company and the manufacturer as required by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine or Pharmacy.
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Dynamic and able to work under high pressure.
• Required skills: Product presentation, presentation, product consulting, sales, communication, effective problem-solving.
• Personal qualities and character: Enthusiastic, meticulous, honest, proactive, highly responsible, ability to work under high pressure.
