Key responsibilities:

• Check & collaborate with branch team to submit the oversea payments and reconcile the data in the system
• Support in booking expenses/ debit note/credit note
• Reconcile sales report vs. Customs declaration
• Support to prepare and reconcile for Interco report
• Handle the month close activities: review process orders gain/loss ratio, allocation driver to process orders
• Support in create the vendors/ GL account master data/ Fixed assets master data/material master data
• Work closely with branch team in testing new business model, costing model, new business requirements
• Other tasks assigned by manager

• Accounting knowledge/ basic in module AR/AP/ Bank/ Sales & stock/ Payroll
• Experience in using SAP or ERP is a plus
• Can use excel fluently.
