• Create PR for service receipt of finance section
• Receive & check documents, posting incoming invoices into SAP
• Record all of bank statements
• Clearing and reconciliation of Accounts Payable
• Posting of accrual expense entries, revert accrual expenses
• Checking Bank and GL accounts
• Issuing sale invoices
• Follow and allocate prepaid expense
• Month end closing of accounts

• Good organization and interpersonal communication skill
• Ability to understand comprehensive information
• Basic numeracy and IT skills required for operating SAP system
• Ability to interpret, analyze and explain the official framework, employment regulations etc.

Qualification:

• Required: University in Accounting and Auditing
• Preferred: English in business level

Experience  Required: At-least 3-5 years of experience in Finance and accounts. Experience of working in SAP system will be an added advantage.
