OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

Function is an Accountant including but not limited to internal and external reporting

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

- Issue invoices and collect payments from customers.

- Verify payment documents according to regulations.

- Plan debt payments to suppliers as agreed upon.

- Make payment orders to suppliers

- Record accounting transactions generated into the accounting software.

- Process, record, and verify accounting transactions.

- Other tasks assigned by the leader.

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are posting

- Assist reparation of monthly/yearly closings and financial statements

- Assist PIT, VAT, WHT reports

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Heath in good condition
• Experienced in Accounting at least 1 year.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, technical accounting skills
• Male or female, from 22-30 years old
• English skill (speaking, listening and writing)
• Excel skill, familiar with computer related basic skills
• Initiative & team work
• Careful, integrity, and hard-working, attention to detail and accuracy
