Accounts receivables (AR)

· Work closely with Operations team to check monthly electricity consumption records and issue tax invoice

· Liaise with customers on debt collection and resolving disputes (if any)

· Manage the Group’s AR aging

Monthly reporting

· Book transaction entries in accounting system (for 3 entities)

· Prepare monthly financial reports (for 3 entities)

· Prepare quarterly tax reports (income tax and withholding tax)

Tax

· Submit periodic tax reports on the electronic tax website in accordance with Vietnamese tax laws

· Monitor tax notifications sent to relevant departments for timely processing

Cash flow – Project

· Track project finances and support operation/project team if required

Daily tasks

· Any other ad hoc tasks

·        Bachelor in Accounting/Finance

·        2-5 years of working experiences

·        Willing to travel to project sites and customer’s office to liaise with customers (and resolve any disputes)

·        Good at English/ Mandarin

·        Cross-functional working experience is highly desirable
