Job purpose

As a Accounts Executive within our Finance Department, your primary responsibility is to accurately input financial data into our computer systems and make reports. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining organized records and ensuring the integrity of our financial information.

Duties and responsibilities

· Data Entry: Enter customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits.

· Accuracy and Verification: Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and ensuring accurate output.

· Record Keeping: Maintain effective record-keeping practices by organizing files and collecting information for future use.

· Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial data with utmost confidentiality.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team, Finance Manager and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance & Accounts
• No need experience
• Prefer the candidate have experiece of  data entry work experience and knowledge of SAP
• Familiarity with MS Office and data programs.
• Good communication in English
