Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Customer care & services operation

- Caring end-users/ dealers/ distributors

- Receiving products from end-users/ dealers/ distributors (inspecting, inputting data into system, printing report and getting signature from end-users/ dealers/ distributors, and assigning technician)

- Returning products to end-users/ dealers/ distributors (checking receipt & system, getting products from technician, inspecting together with end-users/ dealers/ distributors, receiving money & issuing system invoice if any, and delivering products to end-users/ dealers/ distributors)

- And if end-users/ dealers / distributors request for financial invoice: Recording information and transferring to PIC. And after getting financial invoice from Accounting then calling end-users/ dealers/ distributors come to Service Center to receive it or sending it to end-users/ dealers/ distributors by a forwarder

- Receiving and returning products for end-users/ dealers/ distributors in provinces as above process (Sending email to end-users/ dealers/ distributors once receiving and returning. Gathering bills of sending products to provinces and transferring bills to PIC)

- Handling complaints of end-users/ dealers/ distributors

2. Service business

- Selling parts/accessories: Creating SO if accessory, and creating service case if spare parts

3. Contact center

- Receiving inbound call, answering, and advising customers

- Carrying out outbound call as needed

- Replying for customers' requests via email

- Carrying out happy call including survey of customer satisfaction index (CSI)

4. Administration

5. Other assigned tasks from Line Manager

Job Requirement

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Prefer female with good looking

·       Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 01 year of customer service-related field experience.
  • Have good customer service skill
  • Well understanding and experience of customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills

·        Good command of English is an advantage

  • Work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude
  • Ability to work under high pressure and fast pacing working environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
