Prepare the required documents and pre/ post-test includes technical documentation from customers, control samples, sample reserved.
• Monitor projects planning, preparation, implementing and approving status.
• Scan and upload data sheet, report, quotation, AF, … of project and complete in Compass system.
• Support project team handle the simple project which is related to mechanical safety at Hardline lab.
• Support Project Manager to trade back evidence document when needed.
• Support Local Filed Manager to control document of Hardline department.
• Carrying out other specified duties and functions as directed by Supervisor and or Technical Manager, Local Field Manager.

• Experience in administrative / coordination role and/or projects-related role.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential and dealing with high position people.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, MS office.
• Good time management skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
