I. Job Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing the airfreight product performance including operations & customer services
II. Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall airfreight product performance
- Work closely with Commercial Team for the product development, client solution and growth plan
- Responsible for client implementation and managing the customer service & daily operation
- Follow the customer’s KPIs and SOPs strictly
- Monitor the KPIs and internal SOPs of the team carefully
- Motivate the team to be proactive in securing ad-hoc business by quoting the most competitive rates and on time.
- Follow up daily operation of both air export and import shipment, planning and allocation of staff duties and process.
- Ensure maintain high levels of Customer Service & operation smoothly
- Train & coach all staffs the internal systems and find ways to automate the process than manual process.
- Build and maintain the good relationship with airlines and customers
- Control the operation cost effectively, find the solutions to improve the cost if any
- Manage the budget of air department weekly/monthly & provide the reporting to Directors/Finance Team on time
