Handle daily accounting activities and responsible for full set of accounts

Prepare monthly financial reports, budgeting, management reports, supporting schedules, and reconciliations in English on a timely basis

Assist in local auditing and prepare tax returns and other tax compliance matters

Ensure all accounting transactions are accounted for and efficiently controlled

Handle daily payments and staff reimbursement of expenses

Translate Vietnamese reports, documents to English and communicate as a bridge between local parties and the headquarter

Work closely and report to Headquarter Finance team

Assist on ad-hoc assignments or financial analysis

Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent professional qualifications 

Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in accounting 

Solid accounting foundation, able to handle basic accounting independently 

Experience in reporting to overseas headquarter is a plus 

Good analytical skills and numerical sense 

Good command of written and spoken in English; with Chinese is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) 

Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skill 

Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated and independent
