We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Brand Manager to support our brand management team in executing marketing strategies and managing the MayCha Milk Tea brand. Key responsibilities include:
Campaign Management and Execution: Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, ensuring effective execution and alignment with brand goals.
POSM/event In-Store Monitoring and Execution: Oversee the placement and presentation of POSM in stores, ensuring optimal visibility and impact.
Lead and execute loyalty programs that help to increase purchase frequency
Performance Tracking and Recommendations: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience in brand management or marketing is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
