- Accompany with Japanese Senior Executive Managers as an interpreter at Centec and Opal Building.

- Translate documents upon request of job.

- Support in interpreting and translating between Japanese and Vietnamese as well as recording and filling meeting minutes.

- Be in charge of managing schedules, translating meeting, translating procedure, translating process of work.

- Perform Admin job related to Japanese’s issues such as Visa, Work Permit Exemption, bank registration, etc.

- Cooperate with Admin staff of Centec and Opal to support Japanese and HRA job.

- Other secretary tasks related clerical work and other jobs upon Managers’ requests.

- University graduated

- Experience working in a Japanese company

- N1 Japanese level

- Good English level

 - Nice voice, good communication skills

 - Able to work under pressure with good co-operation

 - Willingness to travel frequently for business trips

- Male candidates will be given preference

- Proven experience as an assistant, translator, or in a similar role.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
