1. Taking responsibility for production targets of the line: Output, yield, efficiency, delivery, etc.

2. Organizing and controlling production resources: Labor, materials, machine, etc.

3. Implementing and maintaining 5S, Kaizen, Safety program on the line

4. Controlling and supervising the application of required rules and mandatory standards of the department

5. Cooperating within production and with other departments of the company

6. Supervising the direct reports: Shift Leaders and/or team leaders

7. Improving competences of the team

1. Education: 

• College/University degree, major in Mechanics, Electronics.

2. Professional knowledge of: 

• Experience in production management
• Knowledge of production processes and product
• Experience in human resources management (>150 headcounts)
• ISO Requirement Knowledge

3. Knowledge of computer servicing:

• Can use Microsoft Office

• Axapta or SAP knowledge is preferable

4. Knowledge of foreign languages:

• English at C level or equal

5. Professional experience:

• At least 3- 5 years experience in supervisory roles in manufacturing environment.
