· Mice coordinated with General Manager, Managers and Mice team.

· Supervise the entire operation of office, service controller.

· Lemax check and controlling. Report to Manager

· Incentive handling files with manager.

· Fast track VIP, private jet files checked and prepare of briefing to

guides, work with guides closely before VIPs arrive.

· Work with guide and assign guide for the tours.

· Response emails for manager in case of emergency or when manager

is away for outdoor work or holiday.

· Data controlling.

· Handling complaints and emergency.

· In charge of pricing, quotation response to inbound staffs at ATV.

· Collect updated travel news for GM for his news letter

· Study and create new idea or new product together with product

manager

Fluent in English (reading, oral, writing skills).

· Computer skills: advanced applications skills in all Microsoft Office

applications, PowerPoint, Outlook and Lemax.

· Good knowledge, experience and network in inbound tourism.

· Discipline at work, enthusiastic and eager to learn new things.

· Including Booking, Financials, Product Master, Costing…

· Maintain and develop good relations with tour guides and local

suppliers

· Looking for new guides, products, venues, trends, …

· Good problems solving skills.
