About the role:
Assist the Marketing Manager in crafting strategies for ecommerce platforms growth, overseeing plans, and ensuring the timely execution of marketing initiatives and business plans by the team, aligned with set schedules, objectives, and in line with the brand's direction.
What you need to do:
Performance Marketing (50%):
- Execute advertising campaigns: in charge of running advertising on platforms (Amazon, Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Conduct market research, gather information, data including products, prices, competitors, target markets, etc., related to the company's business field.
- Control, monitor, manage, compile statistics, and report on the progress of advertising budget utilization.
- Support in the developing sales plans and tracking internal work progress reports and providing cross-departmental reports after mastering the knowledge of performance marketing.
Brand Development Management (30%):
- Supervising subordinates in implementing the plan: content creation, social media management, Affiliate program deployment, building relationships with KOLs/Creators/Influencers, etc.
- Coordinate with Manager to development of Brand Identity and Brand Image promotion strategies across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and manage, allocate budgets efficiently.
- Work closely with related departments to ensure brand/marketing/communication plans are consistently and effectively executed.
Platform Management (10%):
- Supervising subordinates in manage and optimize ecommerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, TikTok, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart, Facebook and other emerging ecommerce channels.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, features, and best practices to maximize effectiveness.
Others (10%)
- Other tasks assigned by the Marketing manager.
