All relevant works regarding sales of company’s products including but not limited to the followings:
- Responsible for planning, managing, and reporting sales performance periodically to the team leader.
- Finding new customers in the market and developing new markets for company’s products.
- Communicating with and handling overseas agencies.
- Preparing offers to the customers and negotiating the price following the instructions of the team leader.
- Controlling the account payables and account receivables.
- Going on a business trip (both domestic and overseas) to visit customers.
- Communicating with production team to meet customers’ requirements.
- Working with relevant parties regarding shipments and custom clearances.
- Communicating with regional customs.
- Preparing shipping documents and other documents needed for sales of the products when necessary.
