Assist the Deputy Vice President in managing and operating the company‘s business activities (International Business)
On behalf of the Deputy General Director to handle authorized affairs
Give advice and support to the Vice General Director on the strategy of developing international business segments and relevant segments.
Manage, control, and monitor commercial contracts.
Participate in customer/partner meetings in case of need.
Prepare documents, organize and follow up meetings between the Deputy General Director and the partner, departments, record the meeting minutes
Convey the information of the Deputy General Director to the departments/units/branches and receive feedback
Participate in domestic and international tasks with the international business team when required
Job Requirement
Bachelor‘s Degree in Supply chain, Logistics, International trade, Economics, or related fields.
Preferably having experience in commerce and business
Fluent in both English and Russian with proficiency in four skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
Demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills
Exhibits strong time and task management abilities
Good at Microsoft office.
