I. Duties & Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from NSM
• To provide partner support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of a workplace.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with KAM/ASM/Partners/Internal Department
• Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
• Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.

II. Main Tasks:

• To consolidate with National Sales Manager to Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
• Data management for Sales Channel in FMCG
• Fill in for National Sales Manager in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability.
• Conduct periodic Business Reviews for each partner.

• College or University graduate majoring in Economics, Business Administration, ... or related majors
• Have at least 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent verbal communication, the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively – fluent in English all skills.
• Excellent delegator and mediator
• Quick decision - making and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management
• Confident, proactive and willing to take on workplace challenges
• Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higher-level position
• Likable by most and able to motivate others.
