every time that is full of flavor. It’s not unusual to see people coming to % Arabica to meet up, chat, or even work. We are so
much more than what we brew. % Arabica prides itself on its people, and on delivering a truly amazing cup of coffee to everyone.
We strive to develop each member to achieve their career goals, whether this is to become a Head Barista, Coffee Master,
Manager, or work within one of our other available openings. Our dream is to grow % Arabica across unique lands and cultures

% Arabica is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our wonderful group of hardworking, creative, and fun baristas
Our Baristas provide customers with freshly made drinks and bakery goods in a fast-paced environment. High levels of customer service and the ability to work quickly and accurately are key to this role.
- Rotating shifts with 2 days off per week
- Daily communication with team and customers
- Have a spectacular and infectious love for the cafe’s coffee, explanation of the beans, taste, and quality to customers
- Conduct and execute excellent time management skills with high responsibility
- Prepare and serve all types of offered drinks according to correct recipe guidelines
- Prepare, bake, and assist selling bakery items
- Perform latte art skill with great care on all coffee products
- Collect payment and serve customers
- Clean, arrange tables and supplies as needed
- Report to the shift manager in charge of the daily work situation
- Performing other duties as requested
- Training and a probation period will be (2) months depending on experience level.
