Job Description

Create and execute learning strategies and programs
Assess development needs, deliver training, and evaluate training effectiveness & training need.
Implement various learning methods storewide (e.g. coaching, in-store training, job-shadowing, online training, etc)
Help store managers develop their team members through development training program
Collaborate and liaise with other departments to create Training programs (Operations, Brand, Campaign, Product, etc).
Plan and schedule training classes
Evaluating all training and development activities executed both internally and externally with Heads of Department and other relevant stakeholders

Job Requirement

Bachelor Degree in any field
Having experience at least 2-3 years in Training or L&D
Strong communication & presentation skills are essential in effectively guiding employees through their learning journey
Proven experience and knowledge of effective learning methods
Interested and passionate in beauty
Fluent in English both written and oral
Preferably experience in project management
Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel) or Google Sheet & Google Slide
