- Accompany with the Japanese Senior Executive Manager as an interpreter
- Translate documents upon request of job
- Support in interpreting and translating between Japanese and Vietnamese as well as record and filling the meeting minutes.

- Responsibilities include managing schedules, translating meeting, translating procedure, translating process of work.
- Perform other jobs upon Superior
- Other secretary related clerical work and other jobs upon Manager requests

- University graduated
 - Have japanese language degree: JLPT N1 or can speak Japanese
 - Good English Skill
 - Good communication skills
 - Have interpersonal abilities and be able to react quickly
 - Be able to work under pressure and good co-operation
 - Be willing to go business trip as job requirement
 - Working experience: 2 years working in japanese company
 - Personal character: Dynamic, hard-working, honest, self-confident
