- Research and pick up some places to open stores.
- Calculate the rent and cost.
- Negotiate contracts with building owners or real estate companies.
- Following up relationships with building owners or real estate companies to avoid breaking contracts.
- Take over the store place to the construction company.
- The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Director.
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years experience in store development such as convenience store, Pho24, KFC...
- English: Intermediate level or Japanese N2 Intermediate level.
- Having a connection with Commercial facilities like AEON Mall, Lotte Mall, and the other Vietnamese Mall.
