We are seeking a skilled Blow Mold Engineer to join our team. As a leading blow mold manufacturer, we specialize in Bottle Design, Reverse Engineering, 3D Printing, Mold Design, and Bottle Sampling Services. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make significant contributions to our manufacturing processes. Salary to be determined by experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop blow mold tooling and components using SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, and quality.
• Work with Sales and Customers directly to satisfy all requests and requirements
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyses to support new product development initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blow mold tooling and manufacturing processes.
• Perform mold flow analysis and recommend improvements to enhance product performance and efficiency.
• Implement design changes and updates based on testing and validation results.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• English Fluency
• Proven experience in blow mold design and engineering.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and other relevant CAD software.
• Strong understanding of CNC manufacturing processes, particularly in plastic injection molding or blow molding.
• Ability to work in US Inch and Metric
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a leadership or project management role.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
