1. Develop and maintain business activities
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to develop programs of introduction service product and customer care.
- Make monthly, quarterly and annual business development plans.
- Implement and monitor business plans, ensuring the proposed plans are met.
- Participate in business activities (Austcham, Amcham,...) PR and promotion to develop business opportunities and company brand in the community
- Deploy search and connect new quality customer sources to exploit needs, advise and persuade customers to use service products.
2. Service provision contracts
- Negotiate, evaluate and arrange to sign business contracts with BOD and customers.
- Monitor deadlines for renewal or liquidation of contracts and/or addendums.
- Store, preserve and secure service contract information according to regulations.
3. Deploy the project after the customer signs the service contract
- Transfer related information to departments performing service operations according to the contract.
- Monitor preparation and implementation progress of relevant departments to coordinate and unify arising regulations.
4. Report results and results of business activities to the BOD on a monthly and summarize business activities annually. In case a problem is discovered, it is necessary to quickly notify the BOD for timely resolution.
5. Perform other tasks as requested by the BOD.
