As a Business Development Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing business with the existing customers in the assigned area as well as locating and selling to new customers and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

  • Find and identify new customer opportunities by solving customer problems with ABMV products and services. Maintains and develops relations with customers and provides them with commercial and technical service as well as promotes goods of ABMV.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Acquires a thorough working knowledge of all products and applications (Bakery/Food ingredients) as well as develops all necessary professional selling skills.
  • Plans the itinerary and customers’ visits and reports in advance to Sales Director on a weekly basis (Provide market and competitive information, Sales performance.)
  • Responds to all customers’ problems on products, delivery, documents,

Qualifications

  • Experience in key account management or Sales B2B within the Bakery/Food Ingredients/ Food Processing Industry
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical product information and communicate it effectively to customers.
