Reporting to the Country Director and Business Development Manager, the incumbent is responsible for leads generation for the company’s business in North market.
· Search for potential customers, cold calls and if need be, arrange for visits to local companies in Vietnam, specially in the Ha Noi
· Fully understand and familiar with company’s full scope of services and businesses, strategize and customize service solutions offering to clients based on their requirements
· Problem solver, taking initiative to work with relevant parties to fulfil clients’ requirements
· Manage relationship with existing clients, maintain the close partnership and strive for new business opportunities
· Establish and manage relationship with platform partners on potential business opportunities and strategic collaboration
· Keep client database updated and conduct cold calls for new business leads
· Acquire market intelligence and critical commercial knowledge on e-commerce to assist sales team and clients to achieve business objectives
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
