PURPOSE AND SCOPE
As an Business Development Supervisor in BD Dept., you are responsible for developing assigned products and/or vertical market by sales activities, quote for RFQ/ or biddings, negotiate and close won for new business in order to increase the market share and perform set budget of revenue and GP.
Besides, you will do market study to give update on market trends and solution to grow the business.
Coordinate with stakeholders and generate customer feedback to improve the product.
Direct reporting to Business Development Manager.
RESPONSIBILITY
1. Develop new customer
Develop customers pipeline
- Discover new opportunities through sale leads or own network
- Make sale calls and regular customer visit
- To develop and enhance local business through good strategies/planning, ensure consistent development of revenues accordance to the set targets by effective management.
Win business
- Offer and negotiate to win new business
- Remain loyalty client & expand more business with them
- Reduce quantity of lost customer
Negotiate and deal the contract with customer
2. Create business development solution
- Study & collect market trends, identify opportunity for corporate within assigned segment
- Continuously understand company resource to give realistic business solution, closely work with stakeholders to improve products
