Create, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track Network performance and metrics relevant to e-commerce and social commerce activities.
BI Tools & Systems:
Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
Collaborate with the Technology Department to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility across the organization.
Market & platforms Insights:
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to understand market trends, users behavior, and industry shifts.
Monitor and analyze the performance of e-commerce/social commerce campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Business Systems Optimization:
Evaluate and optimize existing business systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and improve data flow between systems.
Implement and manage automated reporting systems to monitor the health of business processes and systems.
Lead initiatives to enhance the scalability and flexibility of business systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Strategic Planning:
Work with Network leaders to define and track performance goals, providing data-driven insights to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the BI function and across the organization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI and data analytics.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role within an e-commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing environment.
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio) and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience in evaluating and optimizing business systems and processes.
Understanding of e-commerce and social commerce metrics, customer segmentation, and digital marketing analytics is a plus
Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies is a plus.
Familiarity with Python for data analysis is a plus.
