Position Overview:
The Business Intelligence A.Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our BI strategy, leading a team of analysts, and providing critical insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, extensive experience with BI tools, and a proven track record of leading data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Drive BI Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with the company's goals.
Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data from various sources (including sales, marketing, and customer behavior) to identify trends, generate insights, and uncover opportunities for growth.
Reporting and Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain intuitive and visually appealing dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to team members and other departments to enhance data literacy and ensure effective use of BI tools and data insights across the organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (e.g., marketing, sales, technology) to ensure alignment and integration of BI initiatives.
Technology and Tools Management: Stay current with the latest BI tools and technologies, ensuring the organization leverages best-in-class solutions
