Key Purpose of the Job:
The key role of this position is responsible to do monthly payroll, social insurance, personal income tax, and related reporting to make sure accuracy and compliance with the law. He/she will also handle the employee data in both soft and hardcopy to be stored properly per company guidance.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Performing file storage and document organization tasks
2. Assisting in processing labor contracts with employees
3. Supporting monthly job performance appraisal
4. Checking and reviewing the status of files for all employees
5. Checking and compiling monthly timekeeping records of employees.
6. Support HR department in other projects as and when required.
