- Plan and manage a monthly comprehensive campaign that meets or exceeds sale targets, including baseline/MEGA/Brand campaign.
- Propose ideas & concepts, brand vs creator planning, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Set clear objectives for campaign inputs and outputs to foster creator/brand growth, leveraging a deep understanding of market trends and audience behavior.
- Ensure quality control for campaign assets, including key visuals, content, assortment, and voucher distribution.
- From conceptualization to execution encompassing Livestream events, coordinating with outreach marketing channels, including performance marketing and integrated social media strategies, to increase traffic and optimize targets (GMV/ ROAS).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Category, Creator management, Operation) to deliver campaign activities on time, optimize traffic and conversion to transaction, and ensure efficient end-to-end execution processes.
- Generate reports detailing campaign performance, key findings, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in campaign performance and propose data-driven solutions to address them.
