- Making JD on internal system then share it for career advisor to find suitable candidates.
- Cooperating with colleagues in sourcing, CV screening, arranging interviews, negotiating offer salary amount
- Following up with customers for feedback after introducing candidates, doing necessary action until the finished recruitment process
