- Chemistry Bachelor's degree or relate to material, footware.

- English skill both written and spoken(required)

- Good communication,Relationship, teamwork at workplace.

- Good marking report in Excel,Powerpoint.

- Industry knowledge in footwear.

- Familiar with different footwear constructions & processes, knowledge of Textile uppers, or midsole (EVA, PU…) are preferable.

- Strong analytical skills and fact-based negotiation skills.

- Ability to communicate.
