· Be responsible for all activities of the Accounting and Finance Department of the company

· Manage, check, control and monitor accounting books, invoices and documents (reconciling debts with customers/investors/banks; monitoring cash balances, storage activities all kinds of accounting books, invoices in accordance with regulations, etc.)

· Advise the Board of Directors on controlling financial activities as well as proposing solutions to optimize operating costs and limit financial risks for the business

· Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements or at the request of the Board of Directors from time to time

· Build, recruit, train, develop and supervise accountants

· Develop, organize and standardize processes, regulations and regulations related to activities expenditure and finance

· Check and supervise the implementation of financial and accounting policies in the company

· In charge of organizing the unexpected and periodically inventory of ingredients, products, assets, tools, and cash flows related to business activities of the company

· Develop financial planning, cash flow for the company in the short and long term, ensuring accuracy, timely

· Responsible for transactions with agencies: Tax, Banks, Auditing Company, etc.

· Monitor, register and periodically update to BOD and State Bank about oversea loans

· Do daily cash flow report and other weekly, monthly, and yearly reports accurately and professionally

· Do any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager from time to time

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Tài chính kế toán, có chứng chỉ Kế toán trưởng.
- Có ít nhất 5-10 năm kinh nghiệm, bao gồm cả kinh nghiệm quản lý.

- Giao tiếp được bằng tiếng Anh.
- Có kinh nghiệm và kiến thức về lĩnh vực Tài chính, Kế toán thuế, Chi phí sản xuất.
- Hiểu biết về hệ thống kế toán Việt Nam.
- Khả năng làm việc trong một nhóm và quản lý nhóm, linh động, khả năng làm việc trong những môi trường khác nhau và dưới áp lực công việc.
- Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng, sử dụng tốt phần mềm kế toán MISA.
