The Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the factory's compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and certification requirements. This includes managing the application, audit, and recertification processes for standards such as ISO, FSC, OHSAS, SEDEX, and others. The Compliance Manager partners with cross-functional teams to ensure the factory maintains the necessary policies, procedures, and documentation to achieve and sustain compliance

Tuân thủ chịu trách nhiệm giám sát việc tuân thủ của nhà máy với tất cả các tiêu chuẩn, quy định và yêu cầu chứng nhận có liên quan của ngành. Điều này bao gồm việc quản lý các quy trình đăng ký, đánh giá và chứng nhận lại cho các tiêu chuẩn như ISO, FSC, OHSAS, SEDEX và các tiêu chuẩn khác. Quản lý tuân thủ hợp tác với các nhóm chức năng chéo để đảm bảo duy trì các chính sách, thủ tục và tài liệu cần thiết nhằm đạt được và duy trì sự tuân thủ.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance management program for the factory Xây dựng và duy trì chương trình quản lý tuân thủ toàn diện cho Công ty.
• Identify, interpret, and ensure adherence to all applicable industry standards, regulations, and certification requirements Xác định, giải thích và đảm bảo tuân thủ tất cacr các tiêu chuẩn, quy định và yêu cầu chứng nhận hiện hành của ngành.
• Coordinate the application, audit, and recertification processes for relevant certifications like ISO, FSC, OHSAS, SEDEX, et Điều phối các quy trình đăng ký, đánh giá và các chứng nhận liên quan như ISO, FSC, OHSAS, SEDEX,…
• Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors and certification bodies Đóng vai trò là đầu mối liên lạc chính của các đánh giá viên bên ngoài và tổ chức chứng nhận.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement processes, policies, and controls to maintain compliance Phối hợp với các trưởng bộ phận để thực hiện các quy trình, chính sách và kiểm soát nhằm duy trì sự tuân thủ.
• Monitor and report on the factory's compliance status, including tracking corrective actions Giám sát và báo cáo về tình trạng tuân thủ của Công ty, bao gồm theo dõi các hành động khắc phục.
• Provide training and guidance to factory personnel on compliance requirements and best practices Cung cấp đào tạo và hướng dẫn cho nhân viên Công ty về các yêu cầu tuân thủ và thực hành tốt nhất.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations, industry standards, and certification schemes Luôn cập nhật những thay đổi trong quy định, tiêu chuẩn ngành và chương trình chứng nhận
• Maintain all necessary compliance-related documentation, records, and data Duy trì tất cả các tài liệu, hồ sơ và dữ liệu cần thiết liên quan đến tuân thủ.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance the factory's compliance program Hỗ trợ các nổ lực cải tiến      liên tục để nâng cao chương trình tuân thủ của Công ty.
• Mentor and develop the compliance team Cố vấn và phát triển đội ngũ tuân thủ
