1/ Compliance (Main task)
- Manage, distribute, and prepare documents related to the ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
- Manage and draft records, policies, procedures of the company.
- Contribute the effective environment working.
- Update, follow the Law and monitor the obey of employees.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Manager/ the Board of Directors.
2/ Other Tasks: (Candidates with HR experience will be given priority, as shown below)
Administration:
- Participate in building the mission, vision, and core values of the company.
- Organization events.
- Process the foreigner’s documents.
Recruiting and Training:
- Recruit, training and orientation for employees according to the requirements of the General Director and related departments.
- Implement internal and mandatory training programs according to labor regulations and laws.
- Implement the process of signing contracts, terminating labor contracts, and handing over.
- Perform evaluation, reward process, disciplinary action, and/or resignation of employees as prescribed by the company regulation.
Compensation & benefit:
- Supervise timekeeping management, salary calculation, social insurance, and personal income tax.
- Communicate and work with government agencies: Social insurance, fire prevention, labor management department, etc.
