1. In charge of compliance management of the factory (TA1, TA2, TA3).

2. Working with customers on assessments at factories.

3. Prepare documents and meet the audits team when they come to the factory to assess.

4. Organize training, training for departments at the factory on CSR standards, customer COC, Security, safety, environment

5. Organize periodic reviews of the performance of plants to ensure requirements are complied.

6. Design control systems to address cases of violation.

7. Work with departments to correct and prevent nonconformities arising in internal audits and customer reviews.

8. Periodically report inspection and evaluation results and implementation status to the Board of Directors.

1. Having 5 years of experience in a similar position for a manufacturing company with over 3000 employees in wood, garment, leather shoes, electronics, seafood... industry

2. Have knowledge, experience in BSCI, C-TPAT standarss, wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management; fire safety standards, industrial accident procedure.

3.Good communication and training skill.
