Establish appropriate vision, mission, and strategic objectives of Compliance & Sustainability dept.
Conduct periodic assessments of sustainable development indicators for safety, health, environment, and energy and adjust if necessary.
Calculate workload, establish labor norms and organizational structure
Evaluate, build, adjust, and develop human resource development plans for the C&S department.
Establish safety, health, cultural safety, environment, and energy systems.
Establish management policies and systems of HSE, EC, WW process
Ensure compliance with current regulations and customer requirements and the plant’s sustainable development strategies
Build and implement the C&S strategy (HS, WW, EC) and A3 Action Plan
Update processes, and management documents and adjust to suit the actual situation
Guide and perform C&S tasks for subordinates and departments
Check and supervise subordinates, adjust and monitor projects related to C&S
Conduct data analysis, and internal audit, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously improve the C&S system.
Build an expertise development plan and proper career path for the C&S department

Male/ Female, 30-45 years old
Graduated from University in the major of Environment.
Having 3 years of experience in the same position or above at manufacturing factories.
Good at English
