Create event/activation concepts under brand campaign.
Develop engagement activities to enhance brand experience.
Develop event and activation flow to ensure excellent experience for consumers.
Develop design brief and ensure quality and timeline.
Review creative materials to ensure effectiveness and creative brilliance.
Participate in important meetings with clients (brief & presentation days) to convince client about creative works.
Responsible for constructing and delivering high quality, accurate, on-time performance management.
Manage team resources & workload to work effectively to deliver multi projects at the same time.
Coach and develop staff in line with their career roadmap and Creasia core values
Develop content plans to enhance our corporate image.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or related field.
Minimum 5 years of work experience as Creative/planning from Agencies or Branding marketing.
Have a proven track record of successful case studies and project management.
Great teamwork, strong work ethic and have extreme ownership.
Creative mind with ability to generate and apply ideas.
Excellent English skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
